Message from Principal

Prior to becoming Principal of Blyth Academy Whitby, Kim Hacker was Guidance Counselor and teacher at the Academy, gaining experience with Blyth’s philosophy of education. She has developed a great love for experiential education through working with Blyth’s local education partners, and she comes with a wide breadth of experience with the independent and private school sector, including boarding schools. With a background in English and Humanities, combined with her love of helping students excel, Kim Hacker is able to help her students foster a love of learning in a variety of subject areas. She is very passionate about Blyth Academy Whitby and all it has to offer the Whitby community.
