Blyth Academy Students Raise Money for World Vision Through 30 Hour Famine

Blyth Academy Burlington students organized their first 30 Hour Famine event this month. Students refrained from all foods, except fruit juice, for 30 hours straight to raise pledges for World Vision.

Our final pledge amount surpassed $900! This money will be used to support disadvantaged families in developing countries to start farming and livestock initiatives, and provide school lunches to children affected by famine.
