MESSAGE FROM PRINCIPAL

Laurie Foley, Principal

Welcome to Blyth Academy Etobicoke, our newest Ontario campus! We’re very excited to be joining the community and we invite you to stop by and get to know us as you’re walking by or have your child join us for a “Day in the Life” at Blyth Academy and try out a class or two. We offer dynamic programming with a focus on experiential learning. We encourage our students to be critical and creative thinkers, as well as active participants in their own education. Our school is located on Bloor West at South Kingsway and is a fresh, light-filled space where our students are actively engaged in the school community both inside and outside of class.

Blyth Academy Etobicoke - ExteriorBlyth Academy’s newest campus, Blyth Academy Etobicoke, is now open at 2489 Bloor Street West!

Blyth Academy Etobicoke offers an affordable private school experience for students in grades 9-12 that focuses on personalized education, small class sizes, and experiential learning. This unique approach to education has been met with enthusiastic response and success among students and parents since we opened our doors 40 years ago. Today we are Canada’s largest private high school by enrolment.

Blyth Academy offers an academic experience that is significantly different from other private and public schools. Our approach is designed to fully engage the students in the academic process with a genuine learning experience founded upon curiosity, creativity, and innovative thinking.

Designed as boutique schools, Blyth Academy’s limited enrolment per campus enables teachers and staff to provide personalized teaching and individual care both in and out of class.

For more information on our newest campus, we will be holding an open house on Tuesday, January 15th, 2019. If you’d like to come, please RSVP below. If you cannot attend but would like more information please contact our admissions team by emailing admissions@blytheducation.com, or by calling 416-960-3552!

It's National Gingerbread House Day! #didyouknow the first known recipe for gingerbread came from Greece in 2400 BC? Gingerbread houses weren't built until popularity rose when the Brothers Grimm released Hansel and Gretel in 1812. Today, they represent all things holiday! ☃️🎄 Why not spice it up this year and make a gingerbread school? 🏠 We're giving you a head start on the design because this house sure looks a lot like our Burlington campus. 🤔
