What Makes Our Campus Unique?
We are a relationship-based community of teachers and learners; we are supportive of one-another and welcoming to all. Our students in grades 9 through 12 know each other and work together to make our school the best that it can be. Our students are connected to the school not only through academics but also through extra-curricular activities and school events, and they drive what happens in our school. In turn, we support and nurture their passions, both academic and personal. Ultimately, everyone in our school strives to be happy, healthy and successful in their pursuits. The communities around our school – Swansea, Bloor West Village, Etobicoke, Toronto – play an integral part in shaping our school community. Whether we’re having a photography class on the banks of the Humber River, a phys ed class at High Park, or visiting a local business for our Entrepreneurship program, we are connected to our community through experiential learning.
Message From Our Principal
Our school is located on Bloor West at South Kingsway and is a new, light-filled space where our students are engaged in both academics and extra-curricular pursuits. Nestled between Bloor West Village and The Humber River, we have access to a multitude of unique resources and opportunities within our neighbourhood and throughout Toronto. We really benefit from our location — within minutes, we can be in a green space partaking in outdoor education experiences or at a world-renowned gallery or museum.
With an average class size of eight, we offer a school where our teaching faculty and our administrative team members know each child. Students learn and grow academically and personally when engaged in our dynamic programming with a focus on experiential learning. We encourage our students to be critical and creative thinkers, as well as active participants in their own education and school community.
