I am writing to share some personal news today. After just over ten years as the (very!) proud Founding Principal of Blyth Academy Lawrence Park, I will be moving on at the end of Term 3 to start a new adventure.

To keep our staff and students safe and help slow the spread of this virus, our school is currently operating with virtual classrooms, and our 3D printer has been operating around the clock to produce comfortable and flexible plastic headbands for face shields.
As we approach the beginning of Term 4, I wanted to reach out once again to our broader community and express my profound gratitude and congratulations for the work that is being done by our parents, students and staff in our new virtual environment.
