Blyth Templeton students lead in anti-gun demonstrations on Capitol Hill in Washington DC
On Wednesday, March 14th, one month to the day of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, students all over the U.S. walked out of class in protest. Blyth Templeton Academy’s proximity to the Capitol had our students springing into action to lead in the anti-gun demonstrations on Capitol Hill in Washington DC. The students are demanding legislative change from Congress so that they no longer have to feel unsafe going to school.
