Our campus had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving this year. The Foundations class worked hard and made mashed potatoes and carrots – they were absolutely delicious. We also had some turkey and ham and students brought in salads and desserts. There were far more desserts than salads of course! It was great to share our Canadian traditions with the international students who were experiencing their first Thanksgiving. It was wonderful to celebrate the holiday as an entire school. We are so thankful!
